Last month, the Morley Periwinkle Coco & Co Leadership Team hosted the Manager Retreat - an annual conference devoted to the development of our store leaders.

Recapping the successes of 2023 to-date and setting sights on the last quarter as well as the upcoming year, our Store Managers and Assistant Managers came together for two days of intensive training, collaboration, and team bonding.

With session topics ranging from Clienteling Best Practices to Social Media Guidelines, as well as New Brands & How to Sell and - everyone's favorite - How Well Do You Know Your Coworker, our Managers are back in action with a renewed sense of purpose.
We are so grateful for our talented and committed team of leaders, and look forward to continuing to give our ladies the chance to work their dream job everyday!
