STORE MANAGER

- Oversee all store operations, with a primary focus on training & development of sales team
- Build & maintain a positive work environment
- Maintain store client book & spearhead client development/success
- Provide exceptional customer service in every area of the store
- Monitor & maintain visual merchandising standards on a daily basis

- Provide all customers with exceptional service
- Develop & maintain client relationships with a focus on outreach/follow-up
- Function as an expert for all merchandise
- Meet & exceed monthly store goals, weekly personal goals
- Complete tasks assigned by manager to company standards

RECEIVING COORDINATOR

- Oversee entire receiving process at home location to company standards
- Oversee and manage all existing inventory at home location, identify and rectify discrepancies
- Utilize company POS system on a daily basis to set up purchase orders, check in purchase receipts & print tags
- Communicate discrepancies, return authorizations, damages & more with vendor representatives
- Participate in physical receiving process when necessary

RECEIVING ASSISTANT

- Prepare incoming merchandise by unpacking, hanging, steaming, tagging & uploading all items to company standards
- Utilize company inventory system/POS software on a daily basis
- Assist receiving coordinator with inventory management
- Maintain a detail-oriented mentality
