1. Can I return or exchange items I purchased online at one of your store locations?

At this time, we cannot accept online returns in store. 

IN-STORE/ONLINE SEPARATION POLICY:
We reserve the right to have separate online policies from our in-store policies.  Orders placed over the phone are treated like an in-store sale, and therefore subject to our in-store return policy.  Click here for more information on our separate return policies. 

2. Can I use a Gift Card to purchase online?

Gift cards that are purchased in store can only be used at the location in which you received it. We can provide you with an online E-Gift Card that can only be used on shopmorley.com. Click here to purchase an online gift card. 

3. Can I use my store credit online?

No. Store credit can only be used in store. 

4. Can I pick up an order I placed online at one of your store locations?

Yes! We will gladly pack up your order and have it ready for you to pick up at the location requested at checkout.

 6. How do I return or exchange an order?

You may return any unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Sale items, intimates, swimwear, and personalized items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned. Items purchased with promo or discount codes are also not included. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage that has not been reported. ShopMorley.com offers pre-paid return labels on all eligible U.S. orders. Click here to begin your return. Please include the Packing Slip in your package and check off the boxes for all items being returned. Please also note that an $8.95 charge will be deducted from your refund total for the use of our return labels.

Shopmorley.com does not currently offer merchandise exchanges or store credits.

7. Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size, quantity or add other product and edit your shipping details. However, we are unable to combine orders once it has been placed.
