1. Can I return or exchange items I purchased online at one of your store locations?

At this time, we can only accept in store returns at our Morley Delray location.

We will gladly take back online orders within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund to your original form of payment. Items must be returned with tags attached, unworn and unwashed to qualify for a refund. Sale items, intimates, swimwear, and personalized items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned. 

2. Can I use a Gift Card to purchase online?

Gift cards that are purchased in store can only be used at the location in which you received it. We can provide you with an online E-Gift Card that can only be used on shopmorley.com. Click here to purchase an online gift card. 

3. Can I use my store credit online?

No. Store credit can only be used in store. Sign up for our loyalty program to receive points, discounts & more. 

4. Can I pick up an order I placed online at one of your store locations?

Although there are no pickup options at check out, we will gladly pack up your order and have it ready for you to pick up at our Morley Delray location only. To do so please provide a date/time, phone number and contact name of the person picking it up in your order notes or by emailing us at slatilla@shopmorley.com

 6. How do I return or exchange an order?

You may return any unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Sale items, intimates, swimwear, and personalized items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned. Promo codes are not included.

ShopMorley.com now offers pre-paid return labels on all U.S. orders. Please check off the boxes on your Packing Slip for all items being sent back. Make sure to include the Packing Slip in your package. To request a return label please email us at hello@shopmorley.com. Once you receive the return label in your email, print and affix the label to your package. 

*Please note that a $3.00 charge will be deducted from your return total for the use of our return labels. If you opt to not use our prepaid USPS return label, please send your return to the address below.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage that has not been reported. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions: hello@shopmorley.com

7. Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size, quantity or add other product and edit your shipping details. However, we are unable to combine orders once it has been placed.
